No matter where you are on the planet, you’ve almost certainly come across cow milk. the nutritional value and availability of cow’s milk have made it one of the most in-demand liquids on the planet. Cow milk is high in protein, vitamin B, vitamin D, various minerals, organic compounds, and antioxidants that can affect and stimulate the body in many ways. With the milk being packed with a range of nutrients, it is very difficult to not let it be a part of your life.
Buffalo milk is extremely nutritional. It is rich in calcium and protein, and has less cholesterol and sodium. Buffalo milk is great for healthy bones, dental health and cardiovascular health. It is also a good source of minerals, such as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Buffalo milk also has high Vitamin A content (which is what gives it it’s milky white colour, as opposed to creamy yellow). It is rich in fat, which is what makes it so creamy and thick. It also preserves longer than other milk varieties, and is more heat resistant (perfect for our Southeast Asian heat!).
